In these two weeks, you’ll test your concept and find your customers, uncover what the market needs, and shape a clear, confident vision for your business. You’ll refine your brand story, establish your company foundations, and validate your idea.

Week 3 - 4
Turn your idea into a working concept. With expert guidance from Hukm, define your MVP, map your product roadmap, and build interactive prototypes. Test early with real users, refine your design, and leave with a clear MVP plan ready for development.
Development & Prototyping
Week 5 - 6
Bring your product to life. Over these two weeks, you’ll sprint alongside tech teams to turn your prototype into a functional MVP. You’ll define your business model, experiment with pricing, and set up smart financial systems to support growth. With guidance from Hukm and industry mentors, you’ll refine your pitch, validate your revenue strategy, and get ready to engage your first real users.
Building the MVP
Week 7 - 8
Get ready to sell and scale. Over these two weeks, you’ll learn how to build a repeatable sales process, map your customer journey, and prepare your MVP for launch. With expert mentoring and peer feedback, you’ll create your first sales pipeline, craft outreach scripts, and start collecting real user insights. By the end, you’ll be ready to take your product to market and turn early traction into lasting growth.
Sales & Launch
Week 9 - 10
Move beyond launch and start scaling smart. Focus on building effective marketing channels, designing funnels that convert, and tracking the metrics that matter. Learn how to analyse customer feedback, pivot your product or messaging where needed, and plan for sustainable growth. By the end, you’ll have a data-driven go-to-market strategy that sets your start-up on the path to long-term success.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Week 11 - 12
Showcase your start-up and secure the next stage of growth. Over these two weeks, you’ll craft a compelling pitch deck, refine your story for investors, and learn the essentials of cap tables, term sheets, and due diligence. With mentor reviews, mock investor panels, and hands-on feedback, you’ll perfect your pitch, and if ready, you will be invited to pitch to real investors.
