Damian trained in the City of London and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1999. Based in Singapore from early 2000 to 2024, he has deep experience advising on transactions throughout Asia, from greenfield and early-stage investments to growth capital, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Damian is known for his hands-on approach - remaining closely involved throughout the life of a transaction, from initial structuring through to completion.

His work extends beyond Asia: Damian has advised Asia-based clients on projects and investments in the UK, USA and Africa, and has led non-transactional commercial initiatives, including regional office launches and business set-ups across Asia.
